Our Metal Forging Services Are Engineered to Meet the Demanding Requirements of Applications Worldwide. to discuss your project requirements. Get in touch to discuss your project

We specialize in closed-die precision forging for medium- to high-strength applications, where casting cannot meet safety, fatigue, or impact requirements.
Our advantage is stable forging performance, enabled by controlled forging temperature windows + grain-flow-oriented die design, ensuring repeatable mechanical strength rather than “pass-by-luck” results.
We work with carbon steel and alloy steel grades (e.g., 40Cr / 42CrMo / 35CrMo) and support post-forging heat treatment to achieve target tensile, yield, and impact values required by specific working conditions, rather than generic catalog standards.
Unlike typical forging suppliers, we offer CNC and CMM final machining, providing complete manufacturing delivery rather than semi-finished rough blanks.
Choosing the right forging method directly impacts strength, cost efficiency, dimensional stability, and production feasibility.

Ideal for axial and radial load-bearing ring-shaped components, such as flanges, gear rings, bearing races, couplings, and wind/railway rings. Produced without welds or joints, resulting in continuous grain flow and superior fatigue life and impact resistance.

Best suited for large-size, low-volume, heavy-duty, or shape-flexible components such as shafts, cylinders, blocks, and gear racks. Offers dense internal structure, customized dimensions, and broad industry adaptability.

Designed for medium-to-high-volume production of strong, complex-shaped parts, including lifting hardware, automotive components, and construction machinery fittings. Provides high repeatability, high material utilization, and enhanced mechanical strength through precision die tooling.
To ensure stable forging performance, we control the entire process from material purity → forging deformation → heat treatment → machining & inspection, focusing on grain-flow integrity, mechanical strength, fatigue life, and dimensional stability, instead of relying on experience-only forging methods.
We select carbon & alloy steels, such as AISI 1020, 1045, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 35CrMo, and 20Cr, as well as stainless steels. This is a stainless steel, followed by controlled heating within the proper forging temperature window to prevent burning, grain coarsening, decarburization, or oxidation defects.
Closed-die layouts are engineered to ensure proper metal flow and directional grain alignment, improving toughness, impact resistance, and crack-resistance.
Normalizing → uniform microstructure & stress relief. Quenching + Tempering → high strength + toughness balance. Carburizing / Case Hardening (20Cr / 8620) → hardened wear surface + ductile core. Final results target yield & tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness, and fatigue life based on real-world operating loads, not catalog values.
Forged components undergo CNC finishing + CMM Inspection options include UT /MT for defect detection. Hardness & tensile testing. Charpy impact verification. Metallography (grain flow & microstructure validation). Thread / run-out / fitment inspection

We help compare forging, casting, and machining based on strength requirements, part geometry, and cost-to-performance ratio.
Each metal below offers different levels of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance, helping you choose the right option for your part’s operating conditions and performance goals.
