I don't have complete drawings, can I send inquiry?
Yes, we can help you analyze based on your description, samples and photos.
I am not sure if you can do my parts?
Most of our customers come to us because “others say they can’t do it”.
Are you a factory or a trader?
We are a factory and have a project management team that can handle the technology, cost and delivery at the same time.

Advantages Of Our iron casting Parts
The parts we manufacture offer exceptional compressive strength, natural shock-absorbing properties, and wall thicknesses capable of withstanding heavy industrial loads.
Where Our Iron Castings Are Put to Work
Cast iron components meet the requirements for applications ranging from heavy machinery bases to high-pressure fluid systems, offering excellent compressive strength, wear resistance, and thermal stability.

Industrial Machinery & Machine Tools
Machine tool beds, gearbox housings, bearing housings, and spindle heads—cast iron components offer outstanding rigidity and vibration-damping properties, ensuring that precision equipment maintains dimensional stability under sustained loads.

Fluid Control & Piping Systems
Our grey cast iron and ductile iron valve bodies, pump casings, and pipe fittings are specifically designed for high-pressure, high-temperature fluid systems, with wall thicknesses and pressure ratings compliant with API and DIN standards.

Agricultural Equipment
The complex housings and heat sinks we manufacture offer excellent thermal conductivity and weather resistance, making them ideal for outdoor telecommunications and power grid infrastructure.

Our iron casting Manufacturing Approach
We exercise strict control over every stage of the cast iron process, from pattern design and sand preparation to inoculation, shaking and CNC finishing.
Pattern Design and Sand Preparation
Our engineers specifically design the gating system, riser layout and draft angles to account for the shrinkage characteristics of grey or ductile iron. Depending on the complexity of the component and the required surface finish, we select either green sand or resin-bonded sand, and strictly control the moisture content and permeability of each batch of sand to prevent porosity defects.
Inoculation, Pouring and Solidification Control
Before pouring, the molten iron is inoculated to refine the graphite morphology—promoting flake graphite formation in grey cast iron to enhance damping properties, or promoting spheroidal graphite formation in ductile iron to improve tensile strength. By monitoring pouring temperature and filling rate, we minimize turbulence, shrinkage cavities, and cold shuts.
Demoulding, Heat Treatment and CNC Machining
Following controlled cooling, the castings are demoulded, shot-blasted, and inspected for surface and dimensional integrity. Where mechanical properties are required, annealing or normalising is carried out. Subsequently, surfaces with tight tolerances are finished on our CNC machining centers and verified using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) before dispatch.
Our supported iron casting process
FERR supports the production of custom parts in both ductile and gray iron to ensure that material properties align with application requirements.

Ducitle Iron Casting Parts
Ductile iron offers superior tensile strength and impact resistance compared to gray iron, along with sufficient ductility to prevent cracking under dynamic loads. It is particularly suitable for automotive steering knuckles, hydraulic housings, and load-bearing brackets that require high fatigue life.

Grey Iron Casting Parts
These castings offer excellent vibration damping, thermal stability, and machinability, along with a lower cost per kilogram. They are the material of choice for machine tool beds, pump bodies, valve bodies, and components where compressive strength and dimensional stability are the primary considerations.

FAQ
We deliver fully machined, ready-to-assemble parts, not just raw castings. We offer surface treatment services for custom parts.
We adhere to strict manufacturing standards. Every batch undergoes rigorous spectrometer analysis to confirm the exact grade of gray or ductile iron. Combined with advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) technology, we ensure that castings are free of defects and leaks and can withstand high-pressure environments.
Absolutely. Whether it’s the high corrosion resistance required for industrial piping systems, the exceptional thermal conductivity needed for telecommunications heat sinks, or the high strength-to-weight ratio required for structural components, we can precisely match and cast the specific aluminum alloy grade you need.
Tooling and First Article Samples (FAS) typically take 3 to 5 weeks. Once the sample is approved, we’ll keep your lead times stable for mass production so your assembly line doesn’t wait for parts.
