In-House Control

One Stop custom industrial steel castings foundry

From the selection of raw materials and mould design to casting, machining, heat treatment and assembly—every stage of the process is carried out under one roof: no middlemen, no coordination gaps, just a single partner who takes full responsibility for your bespoke industrial steel castings.

Our supported Custom casting steel Materials

We manufacture a wide range of custom steel castings, including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, and maintain full process control from smelting through to inspection.

stainless steel

stainless steel Casting Parts

Ideal for corrosive environments. We cast 304, 316, and duplex stainless grades with tight dimensional tolerances, smooth as-cast surfaces, and full traceability — trusted by chemical, marine, and food-equipment OEMs.

Carbon Steel Casting Parts

Our most cost-efficient option for structural and mechanical components. Strong weldability, excellent machinability, and proven performance in pump bodies, valve housings, and heavy-duty frames.

alloy steel

alloy steel Casting Parts

Engineered for extreme conditions. Our alloy steel castings deliver superior hardness, wear resistance, and impact toughness — the standard choice for mining, drilling, and high-load power transmission parts.

In-House Machining for OEM Cast Steel Parts

Every cast steel component we produce is machined, drilled, tapped and cleaned in-house. Products leaving our factory are dimensionally accurate and ready for immediate use on your assembly line.

NDT Inspection for Cast Steel Parts

Every cast steel part is inspected before shipment — surface cracks, internal porosity, and structural defects are all caught in-house, so defective parts never reach your production line.

Fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector

Fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector

Detects surface and near-surface cracks in cast steel parts — critical for components under cyclic stress or dynamic loading.

X-RAY

X-RAY

Reveals internal shrinkage, porosity, and inclusions inside complex cast steel geometries that surface inspection cannot reach.

Ultrasonic Testing

Measures wall thickness and detects sub-surface defects in large or heavy-section cast steel parts without cutting or damage.

Advantages Of Our high quality OEM cast Steel Parts

We achieve this by strictly enforcing zero defects in our internal processes, ensuring absolute consistency in physical properties across batches, and thoroughly eliminating residual stress, enabling our products to meet your specific load, temperature, and tolerance requirements. We deliver high-quality, custom iron castings that perfectly match your drawings and assembly needs, with no need for rework.

Secondary Operations and Treatment of Custom Steel Casting We Offer

Our iron casting process Manufacturing Approach

We exercise strict control over every stage of the cast iron process, from pattern design and sand preparation to inoculation, shaking and CNC finishing.

Pattern Design and Sand Preparation

Our engineers specifically design the gating system, riser layout and draft angles to account for the shrinkage characteristics of grey or ductile iron. Depending on the complexity of the component and the required surface finish, we select either green sand or resin-bonded sand, and strictly control the moisture content and permeability of each batch of sand to prevent porosity defects.

Inoculation, Pouring and Solidification Control

Before pouring, the molten iron is inoculated to refine the graphite morphology—promoting flake graphite formation in grey cast iron to enhance damping properties, or promoting spheroidal graphite formation in ductile iron to improve tensile strength. By monitoring pouring temperature and filling rate, we minimize turbulence, shrinkage cavities, and cold shuts.

Demoulding, Heat Treatment and CNC Machining

Following controlled cooling, the castings are demoulded, shot-blasted, and inspected for surface and dimensional integrity. Where mechanical properties are required, annealing or normalising is carried out. Subsequently, surfaces with tight tolerances are finished on our CNC machining centers and verified using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) before dispatch.

FAQ

We deliver fully machined, ready-to-assemble parts, not just raw castings. We offer surface treatment services for custom parts.

We adhere to strict manufacturing standards. Every batch undergoes rigorous spectrometer analysis to confirm the exact grade of gray or ductile iron. Combined with advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) technology, we ensure that castings are free of defects and leaks and can withstand high-pressure environments.

Absolutely. Whether it’s the high corrosion resistance required for industrial piping systems, the exceptional thermal conductivity needed for telecommunications heat sinks, or the high strength-to-weight ratio required for structural components, we can precisely match and cast the specific aluminum alloy grade you need.

Tooling and First Article Samples (FAS) typically take 3 to 5 weeks. Once the sample is approved, we’ll keep your lead times stable for mass production so your assembly line doesn’t wait for parts.
