FERR guarantees an overall machining tolerance of ±0.005 inches for feature dimensions and locations—which means the total deviation of a feature can be up to 0.010 inches.

No. Internal features must be adapted to the tool radius.

Minimum internal cutout size: 0.125 inches (3.175 mm)
Sharp internal corners cannot be machined; to accommodate tool geometry, the fillet radius for internal corners must be at least 0.0625 inches (1.587 mm)
Chamfers that cannot be machined or features that the tool cannot reach are also not possible
