Our custom cast iron engine blocks are precision sand-cast and fully CNC-machined for automotive, industrial, marine, and stationary engine applications. Manufactured from high-grade grey iron and compacted graphite iron, each block is machined to your exact drawing specifications, including cylinder bore diameter, bore spacing, deck height, crankshaft main journal bore, and coolant passage layout. We support OEM and ODM orders for both replacement engine blocks and new engine development programs, with full dimensional inspection and pressure testing available before mass production sign-off.
