The stainless steel casting process includes the following stages:
1. Mold Design: The mold is designed based on the part’ s shape and dimensions.
2. Alloy Selection: An appropriate alloy (e.g., 304 or 316… etc.)is chosen.
3. Melting Steel: The alloy is melted in specialized furnaces.
4. Pouring into Mold: Molten steel is carefully poured into the mold.
5. Cooling: The part cools and is removed from the mold.
