I don't have complete drawings, can I send inquiry?
Yes, we can help you analyze based on your description, samples and photos.
I am not sure if you can do my parts?
Most of our customers come to us because “others say they can’t do it”.
Are you a factory or a trader?
We are a factory and have a project management team that can handle the technology, cost and delivery at the same time.

What is CNC Machining ?
CNC machining uses computer-controlled machines to cut and shape metal or plastic stock directly from a digital design. The program controls tool movement in multiple axes, so each feature is produced to the exact specified size, shape, and position.
Because the process is fully software-driven, CNC machining can hold tight tolerances, achieve smooth surface finishes, and repeat the same quality from prototypes to mass production.
This makes CNC machining ideal for parts used in machinery, automation equipment, automotive components, and other assemblies where dimensional accuracy and consistent performance are critical.

Tolerances for CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services follow rigorous dimensional standards to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and proper fit between mating components. The values below reflect the typical capabilities of our equipment under stable machining conditions.
Category
Description
General Dimensional Standards
Metals: ISO 2768-m P. These are our default tolerances unless drawings specify otherwise.
Precision Capability
We support machining according to customer drawings with full GD&T requirements. Under controlled setups, we can achieve tolerances tighter than ±0.001 in depending on geometry, material, and tool access.
Minimum Feature Size
Minimum wall thickness: 0.5 mm Minimum end mill tool size: 0.5 mm Minimum drill diameter: 1.0 mm Actual manufacturability depends on material hardness and part rigidity.
Part Size Range
CNC Milling: Up to 4000 × 1500 × 600 mm CNC Turning: Up to Ø 500 × 2000 mm This covers most medium-to-large mechanical components.
Smallest Machinable Part
Milling: 5 × 5 × 5 mm Turning: Ø 2 × 2 mm Micro-machining beyond this range can be evaluated upon request.
Production Capacity
Prototypes: 1–100 pcs Low-volume batches: 101–10,000 pcs Mass production: 10,001+ pcs We adjust tooling strategies and inspection plans based on batch size.
Our CNC Manufacturing Approach
Our CNC process focuses on accuracy, consistency, and repeatability. By controlling every step—from material preparation to machining strategy and final inspection—we ensure each part meets its required tolerances and functional performance.
Material Selection & Preparation
We work with a wide range of metals—including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass—ensuring each material meets required hardness, machinability, and dimensional stability before cutting.
CNC Programming & Machining Strategy
Parts are programmed with optimized tool paths based on geometry, tolerances, and surface requirements. Cutting parameters are adjusted to control heat, reduce tool wear, and maintain accuracy for both 2D and complex 3D shapes.
Precision Machining & Surface Control
Multi-axis milling and turning operations achieve tight tolerances, consistent dimensions, and smooth finishes. Secondary steps such as drilling, tapping, deburring, or surface refinement are performed as needed.
Quality Inspection & Verification
Finished components undergo dimensional checks using calipers, gauges, and CMM when required. Surface finish, run-out, concentricity, and thread accuracy are validated to ensure every part meets specification.
